Remote Energy Monitoring - The Company
The Energy industry faces the challenge of an increasing demand for energy and an inadequate long-term supply. To meet the demands of a widening energy gap, which is forecast to be circa 20% over the next decade, Government, Industry Regulators and Energy Retailers are driving initiatives for more intelligent methods of managing customers, their energy usage and energy networks.
Remote Energy Monitoring is an innovative British Company which specialises in providing energy efficiency through the use of smart metering technologies for both domestic and business consumers. Our pragmatic approach ensures we deliver practical solutions designed for our individual customers' needs.
Remote Energy Monitoring designs, develops and delivers complete end to end smart metering solutions. Our remote monitoring technologies capture usage data in defined time increments. Sophisticated Meter and Data Management systems automatically operate the meters, which can be a mixed estate, with secure data capture, storage, analysis and integrate with a range of back office systems. Our Secure Communications Network provides high speed ‘always-on’ secure GPRS communications.
Our smart metering solutions financially benefit both consumers and utilities by helping energy users to conserve energy and by helping utilities to reduce operational costs.
In achieving our goal we also make a significant contribution to cutting carbon emissions.
